How do you ensure the freshness of your products during shipping?

All Middleton Farms perishables are packed in insulated, eco-friendly thermal liners with high-grade gel packs to maintain optimal temperature from our farm to your doorstep.

Where do you ship and what are the delivery costs?

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, with free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Are your farming practices organic?

While we are not yet certified organic, we practice sustainable, regenerative agriculture that avoids synthetic pesticides and prioritizes soil health and biodiversity.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription box?

Yes, you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled harvest date.

How should I store my produce once it arrives?

Each order includes a specific storage guide. Generally, leafy greens should be refrigerated in airtight containers, while root vegetables prefer a cool, dark pantry.
